The selected candidate will develop scalable applications using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Microsoft Dataverse, while integrating with SQL Server databases to support secure, enterprise-level public health solutions. This role requires strong expertise in application development, data architecture, security, automation, and user experience design. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps). • Develop secure and user-friendly portals using Power Pages for internal and external users. • Design and manage data models within Microsoft Dataverse. • Build centralized reporting solutions to improve data collection and reporting capabilities. • Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects to support reporting and integrations. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL Server databases. • Implement SQL database connectors within Dataverse to enable secure data access. • Automate user authentication and verification processes between Power Pages and SQL databases. • Implement role-based security and data access controls following Microsoft best practices. • Perform application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. • Develop technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and data flow documentation. • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing application support. • Ensure applications follow scalability, security, and governance best practices. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. • Strong hands-on experience with: • Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) • Power Pages • Microsoft Dataverse • Strong experience designing SQL databases and writing SQL queries and stored procedures. • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SQL Server. • Knowledge of data modeling and database architecture. • Experience implementing role-based access control (RBAC) and security best practices. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
