Our client is seeking a Multimedia Manager in New York, NY Role Description Disney+ is the dedicated streaming home for movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic, along with The Simpsons and much more. In select markets, it also includes the general entertainment content brand, Hulu. The flagship direct-to-consumer streaming service from The Walt Disney Company, Disney+ offers an ever-growing collection of exclusive originals, including feature-length films, documentaries, live-action and animated series, and short-form content. The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving subscriber acquisition & driving Disney Streaming’s profitability business objectives for Disney+ and the Disney Bundles. The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The Growth Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Planning Senior Analyst who will join our New York City Marketing Performance and Analysis team and collaborate closely with Analytics, Finance, and Paid Media teams to deliver planning, execution, and optimization of paid media marketing plans across domestic and international territories. Candidates will need to distill business trends and performance indicators into decisions that drive marketing investment. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in digital performance marketing channels and knows about respective levers to pull back or push performance. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, cross-channel, and seasoned planning skillset to the role. • Lead paid media planning and forecasting across channels, including Affiliate, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Audio, and Video • Build and manage bottoms-up budgets, country-level goals, pacing, and performance forecasts • Synthesize cross-channel performance data to inform strategy, highlight insights, and guide investment decisions • Develop business cases and scenario modeling to evaluate impact of growth initiatives and trade-offs • Create and deliver executive-ready reporting, including performance reviews with global and regional leads • Partner with global channel owners on planning, optimization, and best practices • Collaborate with regional market teams on local nuances (holidays, platforms, consumer behavior) • Support implementation and execution of marketing mix model results • Support channel and vendor-level tracking, monitoring, and reporting of marketing KPIs (conversion rates, CPA, retention, LTV, etc.) to help guide ongoing marketing tactics for the team • Act as key point of contact within Growth Marketing for any questions regarding paid media planning and spend pacing for assigned region(s) Skills & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or related field • 4+ years experience in performance marketing, digital media planning, DTC or subscription-based business • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills (SQL, R a plus) • Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), Google Suite and advanced Excel • Excellent communication skills with ability to distill complex data for executive audiences • Strong project management skills; able to manage shifting priorities and deliver high-quality work quickly. • Experience with campaign management and optimization across major media platforms • Masters degree Benefits/Other Compensation This position is a contract/temporary role where Hays offers you the opportunity to enroll in full medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, 401K and Life Insurance ($20,000 benefit).
