Role description
Job Title: nCino Developer Location: Morristown, NJ (Remote) Employment Type: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire (W2 Only) About the Role We are seeking an experienced nCino Developer to support and enhance commercial lending solutions within a banking environment. This role combines hands-on nCino development, Salesforce administration, and business process optimization to support the full commercial lending lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in nCino and Salesforce platforms, along with a strong understanding of commercial lending operations and financial services technology. Key Responsibilities • Maintain, enhance, and support nCino functionality supporting commercial lending operations. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable platform solutions. • Configure, customize, and optimize nCino and Salesforce features to meet business needs. • Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and assignment rules. • Ensure data integrity, platform security, and overall system performance across Salesforce and nCino environments. • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for process and system improvements. • Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and platform best practices. • Support continuous improvement initiatives across lending workflows and business processes. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience with the nCino platform. • 5–7+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Development experience. • Strong understanding of commercial lending processes and loan lifecycle management. • Experience with Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, permissions, and data management. • Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field. Required Certifications • nCino Certified System Administrator • nCino Developer Certification • Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) • Salesforce Platform Developer I Preferred Skills • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification. • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification. • Experience within banking, lending, financial services, or commercial lending environments. • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce and nCino implementations.
