Job Description: We are looking for an experienced nCino Salesforce Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and enhancement of nCino-based banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development along with deep exposure to the nCino platform, particularly in commercial lending workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform with nCino • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand lending workflows and translate them into scalable technical solutions • Configure and develop nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, and Customer Engagement • Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), triggers, and integrations • Support end-to-end implementation of nCino including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment • Integrate Salesforce/nCino with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system support • Ensure best practices in code quality, governance, and security Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience • 2+ years of hands-on experience with nCino Bank Operating System • Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Experience with nCino modules such as Commercial Loan Origination, Spreading, and Credit Analysis • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration patterns • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Preferred Qualifications: • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification • nCino Certification (preferred but not mandatory) • Experience in banking or financial services domain • Exposure to DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins Nice to Have: • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) • Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements in lending
