Need Only Local to Florida- Business Analyst

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or other related field is required. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the educational requirement. Certification in any of the following desired but not required: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Owner (CSO), CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMP, ITIL. 1. A minimum of five years of business process analysis and systems analysis is required. 1. Proficiency in process mapping/modeling with tools such as Visio is required. 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, required. 1. Experience working with Microsoft DevOps is highly desired. 1. Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code, is desired. 1. Knowledge of data migration is required. 1. Knowledge of how business requirements translate to technical requirements is required. 1. Knowledge of change and release management is desired. 1. Knowledge of testing and quality assurance tools and techniques is required. 1. Preference will be given to candidates with agile project experience and use of Azure DevOps to manage user requirements and backlogs. 1. Experience with reporting tools to include PowerBI is required.
