Role description
Next.js Developers - 1/2 days a week - London and remote - urgent! Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in Front End development, with at least 3 years in Next.js and React.js. • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Front End architecture patterns. • Proven experience in performance optimization and code scalability. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and architecture of Front End solutions for the Navigator platform. • Drive the Next.js upgrade process and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. • Collaborate with Back End teams, product owners, and UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality solutions. • Optimize the platform for performance, maintainability, and scalability. • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the development team. • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions. You will be experienced Next.js developers - The project involves improving and optimizing Navigator platform, including upgrading to the latest version of Next.js. This is a critical initiative aimed at enhancing performance, scalability, and overall user experience. Nice to Have: • Familiarity with Server Side rendering (SSR), API integration, and AWS Cloud deployments. • Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GraphQL, or headless CMS integration. • Exposure to UI performance monitoring tools and analytics-driven optimization. • Prior experience working on large-scale web platforms.
