Role Title: Senior OTM Solutions Analyst Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire Location: 4 Days Onsite in Beachwood, OH (Preferred) Note: We are not engaging with third-party vendors or agencies for this position. Role Overview: We’re seeking a Senior OTM Solutions Analyst with deep expertise in OTM Fleet Management and system performance optimization. This role will focus on enhancing OTM configurations, tuning performance, and ensuring seamless integration across systems to support transportation and fleet operations. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and enhance OTM (agents, workflows, statuses, and route groups). • Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, queries, and triggers for performance. • Integrate OTM with external systems (web services, XML, middleware, telematics/ELD). • Monitor and troubleshoot OTM application and server issues. • Perform root cause analysis on performance bottlenecks, agent delays, and deadlocks. • Optimize OTM database tables and conduct environment tuning. • Collaborate with DBAs and system admins on patching, load balancing, and upgrades. • Support reporting and analytics using BI Publisher and Tableau. • Conduct fit-gap analysis and design scalable fleet solutions with minimal customization. Required Skills & Experience: • Hands-on experience in OTM Fleet Management (driver management, dispatching, asset tracking). • Strong knowledge of OTM data models, fleet tables, and workflow automation. • Advanced PL/SQL debugging and optimization for high-volume environments. • Proven expertise in server performance tuning and OTM environment optimization. • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues (deadlocks, agent execution delays, thread contention). • Experience in capacity planning and system scalability. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: • Experience with OTM Cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
