Job Description
Position Summary
The Project/Program Management Analyst will play a critical role in planning and coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for board manufacturing operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex manufacturing timelines and deliverables.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between Internal Business Unit Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Contract Manufacturer Planning teams to ensure successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
NPI Planning & Coordination
• Develop and maintain comprehensive NPI project plans for board manufacturing, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the Contract Manufacturing team.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Track and report NPI program status, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Manufacturing Planning & Analysis
• Develop build plans and production schedules in collaboration with Business Unit Planning and Contract Manufacturing Planning teams.
• Monitor and track key manufacturing metrics, including yield, cycle time, and quality performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary Business Unit point of contact for NPI planning activities.
• Prepare and deliver status reports and presentations to program leadership.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Contract Manufacturers on NPI schedule requirements.
• Facilitate communication between global teams across different time zones.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Create and maintain reports to track NPI progress and KPIs.
• Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve NPI processes and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of NPI activities and lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in program/project management, manufacturing planning, or operations.
• Experience with NPI processes and board/electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects.
Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Core Competencies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
