THE OPPORTUNITY: Our client is a growth-oriented organization seeking an Interim NSAW API/Data Management Consultant to support the final stages of a financial reporting and analytics implementation initiative. The organization is currently integrating data into NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) and requires additional technical expertise to ensure successful completion of data integration and reporting readiness. This consultant will work closely with the internal IT & finance teams to design, validate, and optimize API-based data flows into NSAW, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, & reporting usability. The engagement is project-based and intended to provide the specialized technical support needed to bring the implementation to the finish line. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Partner with IT and finance stakeholders to support integration of source system data into NetSuite Analytics Warehouse. • Design, configure, and troubleshoot API connections and data pipelines feeding NSAW. • Ensure proper data mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation between source systems and reporting outputs. • Identify and resolve data integrity issues impacting reporting accuracy. • Support testing, validation, and documentation of data integration workflows. • Improve automation and streamline data ingestion processes to reduce manual intervention. • Collaborate with reporting stakeholders to ensure data structures support financial and operational analytics needs. • Provide technical guidance and best practices around data governance and warehouse optimization. • Document architecture, configurations, and integration processes to support long-term sustainability. REQUIREMENTS: • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW). • Strong understanding of API-based data integrations and data management best practices. • Experience designing and troubleshooting data pipelines across multiple systems. • Familiarity with ERP data structures and financial reporting requirements. • Ability to reconcile and validate financial data across source systems and analytics platforms. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose integration and data flow issues. • Comfortable operating in a project-based interim consulting capacity. • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across finance and IT teams. • Ability to step into an existing implementation midstream and add value quickly. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
