Join one of North America’s largest retailers as a Business Analyst – o9 Supply Chain, where you’ll play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey. In this role, you will lead the implementation of an integrated business planning platform tailored for the Apparel & Footwear industry. You’ll act as the key liaison between business and technology teams—driving requirements, solution design, and execution of end‑to‑end planning capabilities across demand, supply, and inventory optimization. What You’ll Do • Lead workshops with global business partners to gather requirements across o9 planning modules, including: • Merchandise Financial Planning, Allocation & Replenishment, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Long-Range Planning, and S&OP. • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories aligned with o9 data models and configuration logic. • Collaborate with technical teams to support configuration, data integration, and workflow design. • Support master data mapping and validation (location, channel, hierarchies). • Lead and participate in end-to-end testing cycles including UAT planning, defect management, and signoff. • Create detailed process documentation, functional specs, and user training content for global teams. • Support change management efforts by preparing training materials and guiding user adoption. • Participate in cutover and go‑live activities, including hypercare support. • Provide hands‑on configuration support across o9 modules. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on Supply Chain Planning implementations, including hands‑on experience with the o9 Supply Chain Platform. • Strong domain knowledge of Apparel & Footwear planning processes, including MFP, demand forecasting, supply planning, allocation, and inventory optimization. • Experience in complex, multi‑level, seasonal planning environments. • Skilled in writing user stories, BRDs, process flows, and test scripts; experience with Jira or Azure DevOps. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with stakeholders across functions and time zones. • Ability to simplify complex planning concepts for non‑technical users and build alignment across diverse groups. • Comfort working in fast‑paced, evolving environments with ambiguity. • Understanding of data dependencies and planning data structures. Nice to Have • Deep hands‑on experience with the o9 platform, including data models and planning architecture. • Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and related planning functions. • End‑to‑end experience across the full lifecycle of a planning solution implementation. • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence. • Familiarity with integration concepts using ETL tools or APIs. • Knowledge of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN). • Ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross‑functional teams with cultural awareness.
