Role description
Key Responsibilities β€’ Design and Develop Integrations: Build new integrations between multiple LIMS platforms and Oracle Fusion AR using OIC (primarily OIC for PaaS, moving away from OIC for SaaS). β€’ Data Processing: Ingest, validate, and process financial transactions and invoice data from LIMS, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer into Oracle systems. β€’ Attachment Handling: Automate the attachment of invoice PDFs from LIMS to Oracle transactions. β€’ Modernization: Lead the transition from legacy, hard-coded, and β€œspaghetti” integrations to robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. β€’ Collaboration: Work closely with Microsoft Azure integration engineers and other team members to coordinate SFTP, data scrubbing, and cloud storage processes. β€’ Environment Management: Utilize development, sandbox, and UAT environments for solution development and testing (no production access). β€’ Continuous Improvement: Identify and raise concerns, blockers, and potential improvements proactively; participate in collaborative troubleshooting and solutioning sessions. β€’ Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation for all integrations and processes. β€’ Support: Provide collaboration and assistance to determine root causes during critical incidents. Required Skills & Experience β€’ Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): 5+ years of hands-on experience, specifically with Oracle Fusion (not just generic OIC or EPM). β€’ Oracle Fusion AR/AP: Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Payable processes and data flows. β€’ Oracle Fusion Intercompany: Understanding the distinction of Intercompany AP/AR and Trade AR transactions. β€’ Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP): Experience with Oracle ATP/ATP AI for data storage and processing. β€’ Cloud & SFTP: Familiarity with Azure SFTP, Oracle SFTP, and cloud object storage. β€’ REST APIs & Bulk Import: Proficiency in designing integrations using REST APIs and bulk data import/export processes. β€’ Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and participate in β€œall hands on deck” problem-solving sessions. β€’ Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable raising concerns and suggesting alternative approaches. β€’ Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience integrating with Laboratory Information Management Systems or similar transactional systems. β€’ Experience with Azure Databricks or similar data platforms. β€’ Prior involvement in Greenfield (from-scratch) integration projects. β€’ Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector. β€’ Experience in environments with multiple ERPs and high transaction volumes. Team & Culture β€’ Team Size: Join a team of 5+ developers, including a development lead, reporting specialists, and conversion/data readiness experts. β€’ Collaboration & Design: Expect a culture that values open communication, shared problem-solving, and collaborative solution design. Team members are encouraged to actively participate in both technical discussions and the creative process of architecting new integrations, ensuring that everyone’s input shapes the final solutions. β€’ Access: Full access to development and sandbox environments; production access is restricted for compliance.
