Role description
Position : OmniStudio Developer
Location : Remote
Required:
• Hands-on OmniStudio development (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards)
• Strong understanding of OmniStudio data model and JSON/XML manipulation within procedures
• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification (or legacy Vlocity equivalent)
• Experience building and deploying OmniStudio components in a Service Cloud context
• Proficient with Salesforce data model, SOQL, and REST/SOAP API integrations
• Experience migrating/deploying OmniStudio metadata across orgs (version control, DataPacks)
• Solid Salesforce platform fundamentals — Apex, Flows, object/field configuration
• Ability to work independently from functional requirements through to deployed solution
• Experience in Agile delivery environments with Jira or equivalent tooling

• Integration experience with external systems
