REQUIRED SKILLS: (Need Majority; 4+ Years)
OnBase Certified System Administrator certification – at least 4 years
OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator or Workflow Engineer certification – at least 4
years
OnBase WorkView Certification and OnBase Certified Application Programming
Interface (API) Certification – at least 3 years
Extensive knowledge and on-the-job experience developing document types, keywords,
queries, reports, forms, import processes, and Workflow solutions – at least 4 years
Experience with Dashboard and Unity Forms development – at least 3 years
Experience planning, designing, testing, implementing, and modifying Electronic Content
Management (ECM) solutions
Demonstrated ability to write custom queries in SQL Server
Experience developing and implementing software in C# and/or Visual Basic
Experience performing OnBase system upgrades
Advanced knowledge and experience resolving OnBase technical issues using debugging,
research, and investigation
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience creating technical documentation
Knowledge of incident management and escalation procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills working with customers, peers, and
agency leadership
Ability to work in a versatile environment with a team-oriented focus
Experience researching, proposing, applying, and implementing IT-related procedures,
standards, and guidelines
Ability to effectively provide information and training to customers, team members, and
stakeholders.
