Role description
The Science Team at Pride Health is currently supporting a client in the pharmaceutical industry and is having the Supplier Onboarding & Master Data Analyst which is 100% Remote.
Position Summary:
The Supplier Onboarding Analyst plays a critical role in supporting supplier onboarding initiatives and digital procurement system implementations across the organization. This role is responsible for supplier master data onboarding, historical data cleansing, cross-functional coordination, supplier communications, and readiness activities to ensure a seamless transition into new procurement platforms and workflows.
Additional Details:
Pay range: $25 - $35/hour on W2 as per your experience
Contract Length: 10 Months with the possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities
β’ Execute supplier onboarding activities, including data collection, validation, and accuracy checks.
β’ Support historical supplier data migration, cleansing, and remediation efforts for system readiness.
β’ Coordinate with master data teams to ensure compliance with data standards, naming conventions, and governance requirements.
β’ Support onboarding workflows within procurement platforms, including testing, issue tracking, and troubleshooting.
β’ Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
β’ Assist in documenting future-state processes, SOPs, and training materials.
β’ Develop supplier-facing communications, readiness guides, and FAQs to support onboarding.
β’ Partner with sourcing and category teams to coordinate supplier outreach, follow-ups, and status updates.
β’ Maintain onboarding dashboards, progress metrics, and reporting tools.
β’ Support change management initiatives related to supplier onboarding, including stakeholder alignment, training, and communication planning.
β’ Assess impacts of new processes and technologies on suppliers and internal teams.
β’ Generate reports and insights on onboarding progress, supplier segmentation, and data quality trends.
β’ Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to ensure supplier data supports downstream visibility and business intelligence needs.
β’ Work with Procurement, Supplier Quality, Master Data, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding execution.
β’ Serve as a central point of coordination for onboarding inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
β’ 3β5+ years of experience in supplier onboarding, supplier master data, procurement operations, supply chain, or technology implementation.
β’ Experience with procurement systems such as Ariba, Coupa, Graphite, or similar platforms.
β’ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Strong project coordination skills in fast-paced environments.
β’ Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and cleansing.
β’ Ability to leverage automation tools to improve data quality and process efficiency.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate cross-functionally.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
