Role: OneStream Technical/Administrative
Location: Remote
Duration: 11+ months Contract
β’ Skilled in multitasking across projects and prioritizing daily work efficiently.
β’ Experienced in requirement gathering, documentation, coding, and unit testing with minimal supervision.
β’ Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Provided OneStream technical and administrative support across multiple environments.
β’ Managed applications including copy/refresh, creation, deletion, and disk space monitoring.
β’ Handled user provisioning, roles, groups, and ACM tool support.
β’ Resolved user issues such as login, Excel add-in, desktop, and performance problems.
β’ Supported Qlik and Power BI dashboard integrations.
β’ Worked with ServiceNow for support requests, queue management, and enhancements.
β’ Managed data integrations, SFTP validations, and go-live/cutover support.
β’ Maintained marketplace apps, custom dashboards, and workflow/change management.
β’ Performed auditing, patching, migrations, and monitoring activities.
β’ Supported integrations with Snowflake, Matillion, Alteryx, SAP, and Workiva.
