Provide system related activities in support of B2B customers which includes monitoring, coordination, escalation, issue resolution and understanding of how to determine business data requirements based on needs across multiple systems that support client’s B2B program.
Competency & Skill Requirements:
• Technical experience and knowledge of SAP, APIs, Json, B2B standards etc.
• Expertise in critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Business acumen and general supply chain knowledge.
• Customer focused, self-motivated and ability to take initiative to drive tasks to resolution.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strict attention to detail.
• Ability to successfully handle multiple projects and adjust priorities quickly.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the agriculture industry a plus.
