Role description
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end CDP architecture with emphasis on customer identity resolution and unification
• Design and manage identity graphs, golden customer records, and matching strategies (deterministic & probabilistic)
• Build and optimize scalable BigQuery-based data pipelines (batch and near real-time) on GCP
• Establish best practices for data modeling, ingestion, transformation, and performance optimization
• Ensure data quality, lineage, observability, privacy, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
• Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver CDP-driven solutions
• Mentor data engineers and guide CDP roadmap and platform evolution
Required Experience
• Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms and at least one CDP:
• Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Treasure Data, Tealium, Twilio Segment, or Amperity
• Strong background in Retail / MarTech data ecosystems
• Expertise in BigQuery and GCP data services
• Experience handling PII, consent management, and data governance
