Job Description:
Basic Qualifications
• Master's degree in BioSciences, Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, or Biotechnology.
• 8+ years of Knowledge Graph experience.
• Expertise in entity modeling, schema design, and R2RML.
• Hands-on with Protégé, SPARQL, OWL, RDF, SHACL, and SKOS.
• Knowledge of GO, OBO, MeSH, SNOMED CT, and UMLS.
• Experience with Linked Data, Semantic Web, JSON Schema, and LinkML.
• Strong Python skills and exposure to LLMs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with data governance and quality tools.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and AI workflows.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Weaviate, Chroma).
• Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, Neptune, Stardog, GraphDB, TigerGraph).
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
