Job Title: OpenText Exstream Developer Location: Remote Role Duration: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled OpenText Exstream Developer with strong Cloud-Native experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in OpenText Exstream (Dialogue, Empower, StoryTeller) and experienced in modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), focusing on performance, scalability, and automation. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and optimize OpenText Exstream templates for high-volume, personalized customer communications. • Modernize and migrate existing Exstream solutions to cloud-native architectures. • Integrate Exstream with enterprise systems (CRM, ECM, APIs, and data platforms). • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reliable, secure solutions. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation for Exstream deployments in the cloud. • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in production and cloud environments. • Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and best DevOps practices. Required Skills & Experience: • 4+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (v16 or higher). • Strong expertise with Composition Center, Empower, or StoryTeller modules. • Solid understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and data mapping. • Proven experience working in Cloud-Native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture. • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and API-based integrations. • Familiarity with batch and interactive processing in distributed systems. Preferred Skills: • Exposure to OpenText Cloud Editions (CE) or OT2 platform. • Experience with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization.
