Operations Associate

Payrate: $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Responsibilities: • First line of central defense to triage Partner Managers to the right places to get issues resolved or surface enablement content. • Track data issues to ensure feedback is captured in the central trackers. • Proactively do data quality checks in the system to understand where poor data quality is affecting reporting readouts. • Coordinate with stakeholders to revise their inputs if they are inputting data that doesn’t comply with our central guidance. • Resource for stakeholders as they look to drive their region’s operational metrics. Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in launching or building out a CRM tool that’s internal to the company • Proven analytical skills and data interpretation skills. Proficient in SQL and data manipulation tools. • Proven project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to execute on ambiguous problem statements. • Effective communicator with the ability to work across a large and global org to guide colleagues to adopt best practices. • Proactive and resourceful to identify operational gaps and drive issue resolution independently. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with data foundations. • Preferred: Experience with advertising tools and internal Sales team (e.g., involved in Sales CRM launch). Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $50.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
