Operations Data Analyst

We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves leveraging your analytical skills to drive impactful results and support our operations team in solving high-priority business challenges. Responsibilities • Analyze and visualize data trends to provide actionable insights for operational improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategic actions. • Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key operational metrics. • Support the Fraud & Safety Investigation operations team by driving effective data solutions. • Conduct experiments to validate operational strategies and improve efficiency. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement throughout projects. Skills • 5+ years of experience in an operations data analyst role within a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Advanced SQL for data querying and analysis. • Strong understanding of forecasting techniques and statistical models. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results. Preferred Skills • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Superset for reporting and dashboard creation. • Familiarity with Customer Support or Operations analytics. • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technical teams. • Ability to adapt in ambiguous environments and drive timely solutions.
