We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Data Analyst (LOCALS ONLY) to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across operational functions. <Duties>
Analyze complex operational data sets using tools processes to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization platforms to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
Collaborate within Agile project management frameworks to plan, execute, and deliver data solutions aligned with business priorities.
Implement SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices to ensure high-quality development and deployment of analytics solutions.
Conduct business analysis by gathering requirements from various teams and translating them into technical specifications for data models or reports.
Support the integration of linked data sources and ensure data quality through validation procedures.
Assist in database design projects by creating diagrams in Visio or similar tools to visualize architecture and relationships.
Provide ongoing support for analytics tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, ensuring they meet user needs effectively.
<Qualifications>
Proven experience in data analysis for querying large datasets.
Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar visualization platforms.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles applied within a technical environment.
Knowledge of SDLC processes for developing robust analytics applications.
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Knowledge of linked data concepts and experience working with distributed datasets is a plus.
Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail; ability to interpret large volumes of data accurately.
