Operations Reporting Analyst

Remote Pay: $20-$23/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm CST 4 Month Contract (potential for FTE conversion) Description • Accurate production of PHI reporting include but not limited to Subrogation, Medicare Set Asides, Settlement, Third party cases, Injured Worker Attorney requests, Subpoenas, and other requests related to such topics. • Provides customer service to render efficient turnaround of requests including compliance with any PHI requirements and approvals • Completes data corrections for state and NCCI reporting in bill review systems. • Interacts with clients to obtain or correct specific claim related data to ensure accurate reporting for state and/or NCCI reporting requirements • Maintains log of reports requested and generated for accountability • Maintains up to date knowledge of reporting systems and interfaces. • Maintain reliable and predictable attendance during scheduled work hours. • Responsible for complying with requirements and policies, for safeguarding related passwords, and for notifying customer of any Information Security incidents per policy SEC 10-12 Information Security Incident Management. Skills microsoft office, pivot tables, medical code, Power bi, tableau, revenue cycle, icd 10, cpt, rvs, drg, hcpcs coding Additional Skills & Qualifications • AA Degree or equivalent college course work; successful completion of continuing education in insurance, medical terminology/coding, and/or accounting. • 5 years of medical coding or bill review experience. Intermediate to advanced computer experience using MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook required. • Typing speed of 60 WPM on data entry. • Knowledge of ICD-10; CPT; Revenue Code; RVS; U&C; Fee Schedule; RBRVS; DRG; HCPCS & other coding schemes. • Proficient and knowledgeable in reporting platforms such as MS Excel, pivot tables, Power BI and Tableau • Excellent oral communication skills and phone presence. Ability to effectively present information to providers as well as to employees of the organization. • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables. • Prefer experience within Worker's Comp #priorityeast26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
