- Design human task workflows with role-based access
- Implement process versioning and migration strategies
Must-Have Skills:
Oracle BPM Suite expertise with 5-8 years enterprise experience
Advanced BPMN process design and workflow orchestration
Middleware integration capabilities (SOA Suite, WebLogic)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) knowledge
Custom adapter development experience
DevOps deployment practices with Jenkins/Maven
