Role description
Oracle HCM Learning Lead / Solutions Analyst

Contract: 13 weeks with possible Extension
β³ Hours (35 hours/week)
π² Pay Rate: $65 to $70/hour on W2
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead design workshops with HR, Workforce Development, and clinical education teams
β’ Architect and configure Oracle Learning Cloud (courses, certifications, learning paths, compliance programs)
β’ Design automated learning assignment rules based on position, department, and location
β’ Configure and track mandatory clinical compliance training (HIPAA, Joint Commission, patient safety, etc.)
β’ Integrate Oracle Learning with Core HCM and Position Management
β’ Develop dashboards and reports using OTBI (completion rates, compliance tracking, certification expiry)
β’ Lead UAT cycles and coordinate testing across stakeholders
β’ Manage the migration of legacy LMS data from PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management
β’ Provide post-implementation support and mentor junior analysts
Required Qualifications
β’ 2+ years of experience with Oracle Learning Cloud implementation
β’ Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments
β’ At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
β’ Strong expertise in:
β’ Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Learning, Benefits, Absence, Reporting)
β’ Learning assignment rules and automation
β’ Compliance training frameworks (HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS)
β’ Experience with system integrations and data migration
β’ Familiarity with PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management (ELM)
β’ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
β’ Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred
