Oracle Business Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support ongoing project work within an Oracle E-Business Suite Property Manager (R12.2.11) environment. This role will provide functional and analytical expertise to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into system solutions. The primary responsibility of this role is to be a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, supporting requirements definition, process optimization, configuration validation, testing, and deployment activities. Deliverables in This Role: • Configuration documents. • Process & Workflow Artifacts. • Test scripts & Validation Materials. • User training materials. Key Responsibilities: • Lead requirements gathering and functional analysis to support Oracle Property Manager real estate and asset workflows. • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with operational needs. • Support configuration, integration, data migration, and testing activities within the Oracle EBS R12.2.11 environment. • Produce Metro PMO-compliant documentation and provide implementation, UAT, and post-go-live support. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications. • Demonstrated experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, preferably Oracle Property Manager (R12). • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder engagement. • Experience supporting system implementation projects in a structured PMO or public-sector environment. • Experience supporting real estate, leasing, property management, or transportation asset operations.
