Job Summary
The Senior ERP Specialist with expertise in Oracle BI will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions, with a strong focus on Oracle Business Intelligence. This role involves optimizing data models, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring the ERP system efficiently meets organizational business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing Oracle BI solutions within the ERP system
• Developing and maintaining data models to support BI reporting
• Optimizing BI dashboards and reports for performance and usability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for BI solutions
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for BI tools and applications
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in Oracle BI to recommend improvements
Skill Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence tools and technologies
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and modules
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
• Experience in designing and optimizing data models for BI reporting

• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA tables and reports related to these processes
• Ability to understand S/4 system customizations including custom tables, CDS views, and reports
• Strong understanding of data structures, data analysis, and data reconciliation methods in S/4 systems
Requirements Gathering & BI Expertise
• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and DV (Data Visualization)
• Ability to handle complex business logic
• Experience in Data Warehouse integration with ETL knowledge
• Ability to resolve data discrepancies by tracing through ETL and source systems
