Role description
Oracle / Cerner Legacy Support Subject Matter Experts (SME) Job Description: Client is currently seeking a team of legacy support SMEs to assist with their migration to Epic EHR from Oracle and Soarian Financials systems. Legacy support SMEs would be responsible for the daily care and feeding of the system, all maintenance, patching and end user support throughout the transition to Epic. Required Experience/Skillset: β€’ 5+ years’ experience supporting focused application(s) β€’ Applications for Support Include: β€’ Cerner Millennium β€’ Cerner Inpatient and Ambulatory, Cerner Scheduling, SurgiNet, PathNet, PharmNet, MPages, Advanced Rules, Chemotherapy Powerplans, IPOCs, Iview, Dynamic Documentation, Carecompass, Tracking Boards, Message Center, CCL β€’ Great communication and customer service skills β€’ Ability to take on new modules / areas of expertise with a quick learning curve β€’ Previous experience with ServiceNow preferred, not required β€’ Experience supporting in a legacy support or managed services framework preferred Logistics: β€’ Start Date: 2026 β€’ Duration: ~18 Months β€’ Travel: 100% Remote β€’ Fulltime Hours (40 Hours Per Week) β€’ Must be able to work Monday-Friday business hours Eastern Time β€’ Must be willing to participate in on-call rotation throughout engagement Cloverleaf, OpenEngine, Boomi Integration Legacy Support Subject Matter Experts (SME) Job Description: Client is currently seeking a team of legacy support SMEs to assist with their migration to Epic EHR from Oracle and Soarian Financials systems. Legacy support Integration SMEs would be responsible for the daily care and feeding of the integration engines, including all monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting of issues for legacy applications and associated interfaces. May also include some prep work support for the Epic implementation. Legacy support data engineers would be responsible for assisting in the data conversion and archival of the project, as well as daily maintenance for reporting and extracting needs. Required Experience/Skillset: β€’ 5+ years experience supporting Snowflake, Oracle β€’ Strong experience with SQL, Python, HL7 β€’ Previous experience with ServiceNow preferred, not required Logistics: β€’ Start Date: 2026 β€’ Duration: ~18 Months β€’ Travel: 100% Remote β€’ Fulltime Hours (40 Hours Per Week) β€’ Must be able to work Monday-Friday business hours Eastern Time β€’ Must be willing to participate in on-call rotation throughout engagement
