Description:
The Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst HCM will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and
supporting HCM reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as OTBI and BI
Publisher. This role focuses on Oracle Cloud HCM data and requires strong collaboration with HR and
business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver accurate, actionable workforce insights. The
Analyst will also maintain and optimize existing reports, troubleshoot reporting issues, and ensure data
accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all HCM reporting solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Β· Bachelorβs degree in information technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Β· Oracle Cloud Certification in ERP, HCM, or Reporting.
Β· Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing Human Capital Management (HCM) reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
Preferred Experience:
Β· Experience in Serving as a subject matter expert championing a standard reporting delivery model encompassing development, documentation, and training
Β· Proficiency in advanced features of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio.
Β· Experience developing complex custom reports and dashboards, including working with custom data models, and ensuring reports align with business objectives.
Β· Experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations or upgrades, particularly in a crossfunctional team setting.
Β· Experience in managing and optimizing data flows between Oracle Cloud modules and external systems.
Β· Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards, especially in the public sector.
