Role description
Contract Length: 12 months Visa Sponsorship: Not available for this role Employment: W-2 only (C2C/C2H not available) • • Only candidates local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area will be considered for this position. • • • Strong expertise in relational databases including IBM Db2 (z/OS), Oracle (RAC, EC2, RDS, Exadata), and PostgreSQL • Hands-on experience with modern distributed and cloud-native databases such as CockroachDB and Snowflake • Solid background in NoSQL technologies including Aerospike and DynamoDB • Experience working with high-performance distributed data platforms like SingleStore • Advanced knowledge of data replication and integration tools including IBM QRep, IBM CDC, Oracle GoldenGate, and HVR (Fivetran) Qualifications: • Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale database environments • Strong expertise in database replication, data migration, and real-time data synchronization • Experience supporting hybrid and cloud-based database architectures • Ability to work across multiple database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) in complex environments • Knowledge of data engineering best practices, data pipelines, and integration frameworks
