Oracle PaaS VBCS Developer – Remote (6-Month Contract) 💰 Rate: £300 per day 📅 Start: October 2025 📍 Location: Fully Remote Our client, a top global organization, is looking for an experienced Oracle PaaS Developer to join an ongoing digital transformation programme. You’ll use Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to design, develop, and deploy modern web and mobile applications that extend Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across ERP, HCM, SCM and related modules. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about clean design, intuitive user experience, and scalable cloud solutions built on the Oracle Cloud Platform. Responsibilities • Design and develop custom applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Build modern, user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and VBCS components • Integrate applications with Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, Payroll, Procurement, SCM) • Develop application logic, workflows, and business rules within Oracle PaaS • Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing ongoing maintenance and support • Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and solutions Required Skills • Proven experience as an Oracle PaaS Developer with strong VBCS expertise • Solid understanding of the Oracle Cloud Platform and integration patterns • Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications in VBCS • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web frameworks • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and cloud integration technologies • Experience working with Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM etc.) Person Specification • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment If this is relevant to your experience, please apply with your CV and we will be in touch.
