Oracle Cloud ERP Report Developer - Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Report Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade reports and dashboards in Oracle Cloud applications for Fusion, HCM and EPM. This role requires translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Data Intelligence, and related Oracle tools. The ideal candidate ensures data accuracy, optimizes report performance, and enables seamless integration with enterprise systems to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
o Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and convert them into clear, detailed technical specifications.
o Report & Dashboard Development: Create interactive analytics, visualizations, and operational reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and related Oracle Cloud tools.
o Data Modelling: Build custom data models and subject areas to support self-service analytics and ad-hoc queries.
o Performance Optimization: Tune reports and underlying queries for efficiency, scalability, and fast runtimes.
o Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve data-quality, integration, and performance issues throughout the report life cycle.
o Collaboration: Partner with functional leads, IT, and fellow developers to align deliverables with program goals.
o Documentation & Training: Produce user guides and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions so stakeholders can leverage delivered reports.
o Data governance & Compliance: Ensure all reporting assets follow corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
o Integration Enablement: Contribute to connecting Oracle Cloud reporting tools with other enterprise platforms as required.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
o 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle reporting in Cloud ERP or E-Business Suite environments
o 5+ years working with Oracle Visual Builder Studio
o 5+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
o Expert proficiency in:
Γ Oracle BI Publisher
Γ Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
Γ Fusion Data Intelligence
Γ Oracle SQL Developer & PL/SQL
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proven success in data modelling and visualization.
o Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
o Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies is preferred
Education & Certifications (Preferred)
β’ Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
β’ Oracle Cloud certification in Analytics, Reporting, or related areas is advantageous.
Work Environment
o Location: Remote (U.S. time zones required) or hybrid at APS headquarters.
o Engagement Type: Full-time employee or 1099/C2C contractor.
o Travel: Up to 10 % travel for workshops or go-live support.
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
1. Delivered a prioritized suite of financial and operational reports successfully deployed to UAT and Production environments.
1. Enabled key user groups with self-service analytics through custom data models and subject areas.
1. Documented solutions and transferred knowledge to APS reporting stewards to ensure ongoing report sustainability.
Additional Requirements:
o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
o Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
o Ability to adapt to changes in the scope or requirements of the migration project.
