Role description
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Manager, Oracle Fusion Analytics to lead the design, delivery, and governance of analytics and reporting across our core Finance functions, with a primary focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP). Summary: This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Technology, translating business needs into trusted, decision-ready insights built on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and its analytics ecosystem (Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse/Fusion Data Intelligence, OTBI, and BI Publisher). The successful candidate will own the analytics roadmap for OTC and PTP, lead a team of analysts and report developers, and partner closely with process owners to drive working-capital, controllership, and operational performance. In this role, the Oracle Fusion Analytics Manager will support Oracle Fusion analytics and reporting. They will stand up traditional metrics for OTC and PTP for managing the oracle fusion platform. Candidates should have a blend of understanding the backend tech of Oracle Fusion as well as knowledge of OTC and PTP, do not need to know how to code, but enough to understand the framework to gather the functional requirements in pulling the data and translating it with technical team members with Fusion. This is a truly techno-functional role (leaning 60% functional, 40% tech). There will be a group of Analysts who will support these Manager roles, but they will not be the primary supervisor of the Analysts
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
β’ Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Analytics/Cloud ERP)
β’ 7+ years of experience in finance analytics, business intelligence, or ERP reporting, including 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead capacity
β’ Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and its analytics tools: Fusion Analytics Warehouse/Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, and BI Publisher
β’ Strong functional understanding of OTC and PTP processes and their underlying Oracle Fusion data (AR, AP, Procurement, GL subledgers)
β’ Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; experience with dashboards and data visualization best practices
β’ Proven ability to translate Finance requirements into analytics solutions and communicate insights to senior stakeholders
β’ Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, or analytics migrations
β’ Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., OCI, Snowflake, Azure) and ETL/integration tools
β’ Knowledge of working-capital optimization and finance transformation initiatives
β’ Experience supporting month-end close, controllership, or FP&A reporting
β’ Analytical and data-driven decision making
β’ Finance domain expertise (OTC and PTP)
β’ Stakeholder management and communication
β’ Team leadership and talent development
β’ Attention to detail and data quality focus
