Job Title: Oracle Fusion Business Analyst – Financial Services Location: Remote, US Duration: Long Term Contract Pay Rate: $55/hr on C2C/1099 Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Analyst with strong expertise in Financial Services domain to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial modules and hands-on experience in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring successful system implementations. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM). • Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with technical teams for solution delivery. • Drive system enhancements, process improvements, and best practices within Oracle Fusion applications. • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams in the Financial Services domain to ensure alignment with industry standards. • Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional design documents, and support testing (SIT, UAT). • Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users. • Act as a liaison between business teams and Oracle Fusion technical/implementation teams. Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services domain. • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (Cloud ERP) modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM. • Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation. • Experience in creating BRD, FRD, and test cases. • Good understanding of Finance operations in Banking/Financial Services (Regulatory reporting, Accounting standards, etc.). • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
