We have a Contract opportunity for you as Oracle Fusion Cloud Business Analyst (O2C / R2R) @ Remote, USA Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud Business Analyst (O2C / R2R) Locations: Remote, USA Type of Hiring: Contract Job Description Qualifications: • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle ERP environments, including Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, focusing on O2C, AR, Intercompany, and/or customer processes. • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects, including data, process, and integration workstreams. • Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C, AR, Intercompany, and R2R business processes and best practices. • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting business processes. • Demonstrated ability to create and execute test cases, manage UAT, support SIT. • Familiarity with data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with GxP, SOX, and QAT requirements, as well as financial compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements. • Oracle Cloud certification (desirable). • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred Skills: • Certification in Oracle Fusion or related technologies. • Experience managing complex projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
