Role description
Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud Business Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C) & Record to Report (R2R) – Focus on AR, Intercompany, and Customer Processes Job Description: We are seeking an ERP Business Analyst specializing in Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) domains to support our Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation (migrating from Oracle EBS). This role focuses on understanding core O2C and R2R process flows documenting requirements, reviewing fit–gap analyses, developing test assets, creating user guides for day to day business processes, assisting in the documentation for GXP / SOX Compliance, and collaborating closely with business partners, business analysts across domains, boundary system leads, integration leads, product managers, and implementation partners to bridge business needs with solution delivery. Responsibilities: ο‚· Understand and document current- and future-state Order to Cash and Record to Report processes and reporting, including upstream and downstream touchpoints. ο‚· Create end-to-end business process flows for O2C and R2R that clearly depict roles, systems, controls, and handoffs. ο‚· Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and document functional requirements and acceptance criteria; manage reviews and signoffs. ο‚· Assist in reviewing fit–gap analyses against standard Oracle Fusion capabilities; document decisions, impacts, owners, and remediation actions. ο‚· Develop and maintain test scripts and test cases; support SIT/UAT execution and manage defects through closure. ο‚· Maintain requirementstotest traceability and versioncontrolled documentation. ο‚· Facilitate solution demo walkthroughs with business stakeholders to validate requirements and acceptance criteria. ο‚· Drive effective crossfunctional collaboration across finance, procurement, IT, and product teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. ο‚· Facilitate discussions with integration leads and boundary system leads to ensure requirements are communicated and traced across dependent systems. ο‚· Create user guides for day to day business processes and standard operating procedures; enable business readiness and training. Regeneron - Internal ο‚· Assist in the documentation for GXP / SOX Compliance, including control mapping, test evidence, segregation of duties considerations, and change management records. ο‚· Partner with data and reporting teams to define data migration, reconciliation, and reporting requirements for O2C and R2R. ο‚· Support cutover planning and postgolive hypercare, including issue triage, rootcause analysis, and stabilization activities. Qualifications: ο‚· Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle ERP environments, including Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). ο‚· Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, focusing on O2C, AR, Intercompany, and/or customer processes. ο‚· Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects, including data, process, and integration workstreams. ο‚· Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C, AR, Intercompany, and R2R business processes and best practices. ο‚· Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting business processes. ο‚· Demonstrated ability to create and execute test cases, manage UAT, support SIT. ο‚· Familiarity with data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities. ο‚· Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ο‚· Experience with GxP, SOX, and QAT requirements, as well as financial compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements. ο‚· Oracle Cloud certification (desirable). ο‚· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred Skills: ο‚· Certification in Oracle Fusion or related technologies. ο‚· Experience managing complex projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. ο‚· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
