Overview We are seeking an ERP Business Analyst specializing in Finance Record to Report (R2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P) to support our Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation (migrating from Oracle EBS). This role focuses on understanding core finance and procure-to-pay processes, creating clear process flows, documenting requirements, reviewing fit gap analyses, developing test assets, creating user guides for day to day business processes, assisting in the documentation for SOX / Compliance, and collaborating closely with business partners, business analysts across domains, boundary system leads, integration leads, product managers, and implementation partners to bridge business needs with solution delivery. Responsibilities • Understand and document current- and future-state Finance (R2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and reporting, including upstream and downstream touchpoints. • Create end-to-end business process flows for R2R and P2P that clearly depict roles, systems, controls, and handoffs. • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and document functional requirements and acceptance criteria; manage reviews and signoffs. • Assist in reviewing fit gap analyses against standard Oracle Fusion capabilities; document decisions, impacts, owners, and remediation actions. • Develop and maintain test scripts and test cases; support SIT/UAT execution and manage defects through closure. • Maintain requirementstotest traceability and versioncontrolled documentation. • Facilitate solution demo walkthroughs with business stakeholders to validate requirements and acceptance criteria. • Drive effective crossfunctional collaboration across finance, procurement, IT, and product teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. • Facilitate discussions with integration leads and boundary system leads to ensure requirements are communicated and traced across dependent systems. • Create user guides for day to day business processes and standard operating procedures; enable business readiness and training. • Assist in the documentation for SOX / Compliance, including control mapping, test evidence, segregation of duties considerations, and change management records. • Partner with data and reporting teams to define data migration, reconciliation, and reporting requirements for R2R and P2P. • Support cutover planning and postgolive hypercare, including issue triage, rootcause analysis, and stabilization activities. Qualifications • 10+ years as a Business Analyst in ERP with handson experience in R2R and P2P business processes. • Oracle Fusion Cloud experience across R2R and P2P preferred; Oracle EBS experience beneficial for migration context. • Process knowledge spanning GL, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, AP, Payments, Procurement, Purchasing, Receiving, Tax and Treasury. • Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and monthend close; familiarity with the recordtoreport lifecycle and procuretopay lifecycle (sourcing, RFPs, contracts/SOWs, vendor onboarding, supplier risk/compliance, AP, payments). • Proven ability to create process flows, document requirements, user guides (standard operating procedures), and acceptance criteria; perform fit gap reviews; develop test assets; and support SIT/UAT through signoff. • Familiarity with process and test management tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence or similar). • Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills across business, product, IT, and implementation teams. • Experience working in iterative delivery models (Agile, waterfall, or hybrid) and managing scope, risks, and assumptions. • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Oracle Cloud certification is a plus. Relevant domain credentials (e.g., CPA/CMA or procurement certifications) are a plus.
