Role Overview:
As a mid-level Oracle Fusion Finance Technical Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain technical components within the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials suite. You will collaborate with functional teams to build integrations, reports, and custom extensions that enhance business functionality across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM) modules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain technical components such as BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, FBDI templates, and HDL uploads.
• Create and troubleshoot custom reports, data conversions, and application extensions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into efficient technical designs.
• Support data migration and validation activities from legacy systems using FBDI and ADFdi tools.
• Implement and maintain PaaS extensions, VBCS applications, and fast formulas as required.
• Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT) and production deployments.
• Provide technical documentation, version control, and post-production support.
• Ensure solutions comply with Oracle standards, data security, and performance optimization practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials technical development.
• Expertise in:
• Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
• BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS reporting tools
• OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST APIs, and SOAP services
• SQL, PL/SQL, and data migration via FBDI/HDL/ADFdi
• Proficiency with workflow customization, PaaS extensions, and security roles configuration.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and issue-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials or Technical track.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
• Exposure to multi-pillar Oracle implementations (Procurement, Projects, SCM, etc.).
Soft Skills:
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
