Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service Developer - 1 Year

Role is based in Charlottetown, Canada in the NE Region, must be open to going onsite a few times for milestones in the project! Providing leadership and knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Delivering enhancements as aligned to composable solutions leveraging prebuilt components andcontinuing to add to them Oracle Fusion Sales and Service CRM capabilities;Leading or participating in the end-to-end implementation and delivery of account management,Contact Management, Lead Management, Campaign Management, opportunity management, casemanagement, service request, work order, invoices, etc.;Providing in depth knowledge for use and best fit modules of CRM as noted above to address therequirements with minimal customization and maximum configuration;CRM Configuration and Development, fit gap analysis as aligned to Government’s composablearchitecture;Leveraging prebuilt components and continuing to add to them;Provide expertise in “Job Roles” and “Duty” configurations for data security and access privileges;Working with various stakeholders to develop and document the Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales andService CRM technical design for applications;Ensuring Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service reusable APIs and are leveraged following bestpractices and to integrate with other Government applications/solutions;Setting up Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Environments (Dev, QA/Test, Production)following best practices;Providing coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer to ITSS team members for Oracle FusionCloud Sales and Service;Providing leadership for Oracle Sales and Service upgrades and patches;Working jointly with the eCRM Program team to ensure Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRMis leveraged as the backend with configuration where possible delivering quality software meetingthe client requirements;Completing work following Agile Iterative delivery methodology;Providing effort estimates/timelines for complex new development projects and applicationupgrades;Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis to solve problems in an integratedenvironment;Supporting all phases of testing; andPerforming other duties as assigned by Government.3.1 EXPECTED DELIVERABLESThe successful Proponent(s) will provide the requested resource(s) to work on different projects andproject deliverables, as directed by Government, including but not limited to, the following: DELIVERABLE DESCRIPTIONOracle Fusion Cloud Salesand Service CRMDevelopmentProvide Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM knowledgeand development expertise as part of a technical team in acomposable eCRM delivery environment including:Lead the QAand UAT testing processes;Angular,Mulesoft and Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and ServiceCRM; andEnhance base elements while continuing to build composablecomponents that can be reused by other clients for eCRMSolutions.
