Title: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Engineer Location: Remote with occasional travel Duration: long-term contract (strong potential for extension/convert-to-hire) No sponsorship available Schedule: EST; Onsite for first week onboarding; occasional travel thereafter Background Check: Required. Position Overview Team is seeking an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll. This is a key leadership role that will serve as the central point of contact for Payroll systems and integrations. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and functional teams, providing solutions for complex payroll processing, tax, and accounting challenges as the company transitions fully to Oracle Cloud by 2026. Required Skills & Qualifications · 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. · Deep functional and technical understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll product, including integrations with HR and Compensation. · Strong knowledge of U.S. Payroll processing, taxes, and payroll accounting. · Proficiency in Elements, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher. · Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly desirable. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. · Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally in a BA capacity. · Oracle Cloud Payroll Practitioner Certification preferred (not required).
