Location: 300 S Brevard St Charlotte, NC
Alternate Locations: Dallas, TX, Minneapolis, MN, Chandler, AZ, Des Moines, IA, Columbus, OH
Duration: 12 months
Work Engagement: W2
Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role requires strong expertise in OIM 11g/12c, user lifecycle management, access governance, and enterprise system integrations.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in provisioning, connectors, workflow development, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant identity management practices.
Responsibilities:
β’ Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions.
β’ Manage and enhance user lifecycle processes (JoinerβMoverβLeaver) across enterprise systems.
β’ Configure and support provisioning, de-provisioning, and reconciliation workflows.
β’ Perform OIM/SOA/WebLogic upgrades (12c to 14c) and platform maintenance.
β’ Execute system migrations across virtual environments and data centers.
β’ Integrate OIM with:
β’ Active Directory / LDAP
β’ RACF systems
β’ Databases (SQL)
β’ HR systems and enterprise applications
β’ Develop and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and access governance frameworks.
β’ Implement security policies including password management and segregation of duties (SoD).
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
β’ Perform patching, upgrades, and performance tuning within OIM/WebLogic environments.
β’ Support audit and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
β’ Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver IAM solutions.
β’ Provide L2/L3 support for IAM incidents and service requests.
β’ Maintain detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs.
β’ Work with business stakeholders to define access requirements and governance policies.
Qualifications:
β’ Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
β’ Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
β’ Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 12c).
β’ Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including:
β’ RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
β’ PBAC (Policy-Based Access Control)
β’ Provisioning & reconciliation
β’ Single Sign-On (SSO)
β’ Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
β’ Segregation of Duties (SoD)
β’ Experience working with OIM connectors:

β’ Databases (SQL)
β’ WebLogic Server
β’ Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
β’ Experience with Oracle SOA Suite.
β’ Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills.

β’ Experience with large-scale enterprise IAM implementations. (preferred)
β’ Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes. (preferred)
β’ Strong knowledge of WebLogic administration and IAM architecture. (preferred)
β’ Experience in performance tuning and system optimization. (preferred)
