Required Skills & Experience
β’ 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
β’ 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
β’ Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 12c).
β’ Strong understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, PBAC, provisioning, SSO, MFA, SoD).
β’ Experience with the following OIM connectors:
β’ Active Directory / LDAP
β’ RACF connectors
β’ SQL / databases
β’ WebLogic Server
β’ Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
β’ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
What You Will Be Doing
β’ Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering.
β’ Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
β’ Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions.
β’ Strategically engage with client personnel.
β’ Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions.
β’ Experience in OIM/SOA/Weblogic suite upgrade from 12c to 14c
β’ Perform OIM migration across VMβs and Datacenters
β’ Implement and manage user lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) across enterprise systems.
β’ Configure and manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and reconciliation.
β’ Integrate OIM with Active Directory, RACF, HR systems, databases, and enterprise applications.
β’ Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and access governance frameworks.
β’ Enforce security policies, including password management and segregation of duties (SoD).
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
β’ Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning in OIM/WebLogic environments.
β’ Support audit, compliance, and certification processes (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
β’ Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement IAM solutions.
β’ Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
β’ Experience with Oracle SOA Suite.
β’ Work with business, security, and application teams to define access requirements.
β’ Maintain detailed documentation of IAM architecture, workflows, and processes.
β’ Provide L2/L3 support for IAM incidents and service requests.
β’ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ Ability to work in fast-paced, production environments
β’ Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration
