Genesis10 is currently seeking an Oracle and Informatica ETL Developer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is an active participant in a scrum team focused on the design, development, and deployment of Oracle database (SQL, PL/SQL) and Informatica/ETL solutions on Linux. The position involves implementing Enterprise Sanctions and AML screening on the NetReveal Platform and requires expertise in large-scale data processing for financial crimes and banking applications. Responsibilities: • Act as an active participant in the scrum team, interacting with the product owner and business partners • Design, develop, and deploy solutions in Oracle database (SQL, PL/SQL) and Informatica/ETL with Linux • Implement Enterprise Sanctions and AML screening on the NetReveal Platform • Estimate, tailor, and groom user stories to ensure on-time completion Requirements: • 15+ years of work experience in application development • Expertise in developing highly optimized Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code for large-scale data processing • Extensive hands-on experience with relational and dimensional data modeling, including Star and Snowflake schemas • Strong proficiency with Informatica (PowerCenter and IDMC) along with Linux/Unix scripting • Deep understanding of Oracle database architecture and core database internals • Advanced query and application performance tuning capabilities in high-volume environments • Ability to design, model, and optimize database schemas for scalability and performance • Proven experience managing and processing large datasets efficiently • Experience integrating Data Warehouse solutions with Business Intelligence platforms • Experience in Financial Crimes, Economic Sanctions, or Banking domains • Experience with Agile Delivery and JIRA • Effective communication and problem-solving skills Desired skills: • Strong proficiency in Tableau development and dashboard visualization • Experience with Hadoop, Power BI • Familiarity with Delta Lake and Lakehouse architectures • Experience working with containers and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) • Exposure to APIs, Spring, Java, Kafka, MQ, YAML • Distributed systems experience Pay range: $58.26 - $66.26 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
