Location: MD/DC/Northern VA)
Visa: H1,GC,USC

Must-Have (8+ years):
Oracle SOA Suite 12c/11g: BPEL, Mediator, OSB, Business Rules, Human Workflow, SCA composites
Oracle B2B/BAM/AIA/MFT + EDI (850/855/856/810/824) + RosettaNet PIPs
Adapters (DB/File/FTP/JMS/AQ/B2B), XSLT/XQuery/XPath transformations
WebLogic 12c/11g admin (clustering, SSL/JKS, datasources)
Error-handling frameworks, BAM dashboards, CI/CD (Jenkins/Maven/ANT), scripting (WLST/Shell/Python)
SOAP/REST web services, Agile/SDLC
Key Responsibilities:
Design/implement SOA integrations for enterprise apps
Build fault recovery, B2B EDI, real-time monitoring
WebLogic install/upgrade/tuning, performance optimization
Documentation (BRD/FDD/TDD), root cause analysis, production support
Preferred:
OIC, AWS certs, TIBCO/webMethods/MuleSoft exposure
Utilities/govt/finance domain experience
Requirements:
BS CS/IT/Engineering; local to MD/DC/NoVA (hybrid/remote after 6mo)
C2C, 6+ mo (multi-year potential), Public Trust clearable
