The ideal candidate will have deep functional and hands-on experience across Manhattan supply chain modules and the ability to drive end-to-end support activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide extensive functional and hands-on support for Manhattan Warehouse Management (Open Systems), including configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Deliver functional expertise and support for Manhattan Transportation Management System (TMS), ensuring seamless operational performance. Offer strong functional and hands-on support for Manhattan Store Inventory Management System, including issue resolution and enhancements.
