Position: Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) Washington, DC,- Local DMV only Selected candidates will participate in a phone or in person interview . Client is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with strong Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) experience, specifically in Taleo Connect Client (TCC) for data extraction, report development, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), data migration/decommissioning, and integration/documentati on One of the primary responsibilities of the Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to provide technical support to the various HCM application cloud system/s. We are seeking a technical or techno-functional resource to support Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) Integration and Report development utilizing the Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) applications in a Windows environment. TEE functional knowled ge. The Contractor will provide support to assist with Taleo decommissioning efforts. The contractor would develop reports, perform end-to-end testing for data extraction to ensure completeness of the data. The Contractor would develop data models & mapping to support the creation of views for data visualization to ols. REQUIREM ENTS:The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth in the Technical Services BOA,Section 3.13.2.3 for labor category Senior Functional Ana lyst.The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experi ence: • The ability to extract data from Taleo via the TCC tool for the purpose of system decommissio ning. • Possess experience with developing reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and system configur ation • Provide training sessions for relevant staff on the integrated sy stems • Data migration report confirming successful transfer of data • Other duties as ass igned • Strong work ethic • Excellent communication and organizational s kills The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the foll owing: • Design, create and test data extraction plan for decommissioning Taleo. • Design, create and test assigned Re ports. • Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design and test re sults. • Prepare and deliver documents for peer r eview. • Monitor related issues during the various project phases and work with the team on the issue resol ution.
