Company: Insight Global Position Title: OD Data Analyst Contract Length: 6 month Contract Openings: 1 Days/Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Location: Onsite - Louisville, KY Pay Rate: $30.47 - 38.80/hr Day-to-Day: Insight Global is hiring for an OD Data Analyst to support an enterprise-level healthcare organization onsite in Louisville, KY. In this role, the Data Analyst will support Organizational Development programs by collecting, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources, including relational databases, manual files, and external websites. On a day-to-day basis, this individual will create and maintain recurring reports, respond to ad hoc data requests from internal stakeholders, and help interpret data findings to support business decisions. They will partner closely with OD and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, document reporting requirements and processes, and continuously improve reporting efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple reporting priorities, and comfort working in a fast-paced, onsite environment. Required Skills & Experience • Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and extracting data from relational databases • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, validation, and reporting • Strong data analysis and validation skills with high attention to detail • Experience creating and maintaining standardized and ad hoc reports • Ability to clearly document processes and reporting requirements • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting requests Plusses: • Experience supporting Organizational Development or HR-related data • Enterprise-level environment experience
