Position: Palantir Architect Eligibility: USC OR GC Contract Length: 1 year + Rounds of interviews: 2 (Virtual) Location: Remote Role Rate:$85-$95/HR C2C Integrations Solution Lead or Lead Solution Architect – Palantir & Integrations. Role Context We are seeking a Palantir Architect / Integration Solution Lead to bridge the gap between enterprise architecture and production delivery. This role is responsible for driving cross-domain architecture initiatives across Service Solutions and Digital Solutions, ensuring successful execution of integration and Palantir Foundry workstreams from intake through production support. The ideal candidate will take ownership of solution intake, requirements clarification, solution planning, cross-functional coordination, documentation, production readiness, incident and RCA follow-up, and support handoff. While working closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, this individual will independently drive execution and escalate only strategic architecture decisions that require governance or architectural oversight. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise in Palantir Foundry and enterprise integrations, and the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex, cross-functional initiatives. Role Summary We need someone who can own the messy middle between architecture direction and production reality. This person should be able to take an ambiguous ask, clarify the path, pull the right people together, track blockers, drive documentation, coordinate incidents/RCA follow-up when needed, make sure support readiness is covered, and escalate only true architecture decisions. The title matters less than the behavior. We need someone who can lead workstreams end-to-end. What This Person Should Own • Palantir / Foundry request intake and triage • Integration solution shaping across APIs, Databricks, MDM, source systems, SOA, Service Bus, etc. • Working sessions, owners, blockers, and follow-through • Incident and RCA coordination for Palantir / integration issues • Data contract and API readiness tracking • Production readiness, runbooks, and support handoff • Stakeholder updates, meeting notes, and decision logs • Escalation to Enterprise Architecture only when needed Must-Have Candidate Traits Palantir / Foundry exposure 1. Ideally hands-on with datasets, pipelines, ontology, actions, functions, apps, data connections, or production workflows. Strong integration experience 1. APIs, source systems, data contracts, batch/event patterns, Databricks, Azure, SOA/middleware, or similar. End-to-end ownership 1. Can take vague work and drive it to a supportable outcome without waiting for perfect clarity. Production mindset 1. Understands incidents, RCA, monitoring, runbooks, production readiness, and support handoff. Stakeholder leadership 1. Can lead without formal authority, run working sessions, push for owners/dates, and drive closure. Architecture judgment 1. Knows when to resolve something independently versus when to escalate for EA/governance/ownership decisions.
