Palantir Developer

Job Title: Palantir Developer (Remote) Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Palantir Developer with 4+ years of experience to design, build, and maintain data-driven applications on the Palantir Foundry platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Foundry application development, Pipeline Builder, and TypeScript, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain applications and workflows using Palantir Foundry • Build and optimize data pipelines using Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, and transformations • Develop interactive data-driven applications and dashboards using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks • Work with large datasets to perform data ingestion, transformation, and modeling • Design and manage Foundry Ontology (objects, relationships, actions) • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions • Integrate Foundry applications with APIs and external systems • Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are maintained • Troubleshoot and optimize existing pipelines and applications for performance and scalability • Required Skills & Qualifications • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry (genuine project experience) • Strong expertise in: • Pipeline Builder & data pipeline development • Foundry application development • TypeScript / JavaScript • Experience with: • Data modeling and ETL/ELT processes • Foundry Ontology (object types, links, actions) • SQL and/or Python for data transformation • Understanding of frontend development concepts (React or similar frameworks preferred) • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) • Experience with PySpark / Spark-based transformations • Exposure to Palantir AIP or advanced analytics use cases • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture • Experience with data visualization tools or libraries • Agile/Scrum development experience Key Competencies • Strong analytical thinking • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ownership and accountability in delivery
