They are expanding their data and digital transformation initiatives and are seeking a Palantir Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of data solutions across the organization
Job Description:
The Palantir Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions utilizing the Palantir Foundry platform. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and technical leadership to develop data pipelines, operational workflows, and AI-enabled solutions that support strategic healthcare initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating complex healthcare data sources, developing applications and workflows within Palantir, and leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Skill Set Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, analytics engineering, or related technical roles
• Hands-on experience developing solutions within Palantir Foundry or similar AI engine
• Strong SQL development skills
• Experience with Python and modern data engineering frameworks
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
• Understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and system integrations
• Experience working with APIs and enterprise data systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted coding tools and modern development workflows (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Haves:
• Healthcare provider or payer industry experience
• Palantir Foundry certification or formal Foundry implementation experience
• Experience with Palantir Ontology, Workshop, Pipeline Builder, and Code Repositories
• Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives and generative AI use cases
• Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, or other healthcare information systems
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or modern cloud data platforms
• Experience with operational analytics, population health, revenue cycle, or clinical workflows
• Prior consulting experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives
Education/Certification(s)/License(s):
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field required
• Healthcare industry experience required
• Strong AI-assisted coding experience ("vibe coding") required, including use of tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms
• Experience with J-SAN coding/development methodologies required
• Palantir Foundry experience strongly preferred
• Relevant Palantir, cloud, data engineering, or analytics certifications preferred
